I weighed 239 lbs with abs at a height of just over 6ft as of this morning.

Tuesday, I decided I'm going to stop chasing mass and aim for the men's physique look.

I think I'm going to try for 195 with really low bodyfat by NY.

Men's physique look still looks great, maintaining the look is more straightforward and
(most importantly) you look better in clothes.

But, actually, I don't even think it's accurate that they are basically 70s bbers. You have 6 ft guys competing at sub-200lbs. Serge Nubret was allegedly 200 lbs, but I don't really believe that.

I don't know why I'm still here (3.43am here) but I don't think I denied this at any point - I said 3.5 bottles downed (3.5 in my reply) and I'm juggling vomit. I have cut down though
