This is one of those times where his handlers/buddies should've told him to switch trunks or got a real bodybuilder like PJ on the phone to straighten him out, and not played it for comic value. This was probably a huge thing in the kid's life, and they should've tried their best to take it seriously, at least the up on stage parts.

Conversely, I seriously doubt his training and diet choices are conducive to "sticking with" anything other than half-assing everything. The kid has manic drive, but no cause to fight for. A lost soul.

"Sticking with it" is an objective stance. If Jason came in looking better than he ever has, he considers (and others) this "sticking with it." Others may view his improvement as him "sticking with it." I think for Jason, he did stick with it. For us, perhaps not so much. That is why its objective.

He's been "leanish" but only when you compare how fat he's always been. Even "off season" I've never been as fat as Genova on his "game day" Has he even ever done better than a 4 pack?

Most guys start their prep looking better than he does on stage day. Not busting balls, just saying how he really looks...
