Wasn't able to train today but did fire 300 mixed rounds at a friend's backyard "range."

off lifting day today so it was cardio. Ran 3 miles on a treadmill after warm up and cool down. Then I hit the heavy bag for two three minute rounds. Tomorrow is back and chest.
