Compare his face there to fresh faced 93. Looks like he aged 40 years in cheeks.

Is an all time great. 93 O and Arnold and top 10 all time physiques. Pity he never got O but would've been wrong to beat Ronnie as an oilbag.

I remember Flex saying in a 90's interview he was having serious back pain and was taking lots of both OTC and prescription painkillers.  I'm sure that did a lot of damage too.

his build by then was all blurred lines,all blown up delts/arms....91-98 was prime wheeler but even 96/98 was getting a bit out of hand with the oils..

He was having kidney issues in the 90s. And him eating a lot of pizza didn't help matters either.
