Prince George’s County Police Department in Maryland released a video of Santiago Jenchesky, a white officer, pointing a handgun at the head of African-American William Cunningham, as US police forces continue to undergo criticism for brutality and racial profiling. This incident occurred in May 2014, though the video has only just recently been released to the public. Jenchesky was prosecuted and found guilty of “first and second-degree assault, misconduct in office and the use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence”.

We didn't see what happened prior to the footage but the cop appears to be out of control.

The black guy could very easily have been killed, why not just get back in the car?

How come out of all of these videos of "cop brutality" we never see a white guy with pants hanging below his knees, talking ebonics, displaying arrogance, showing a total lack of respect for authority, showing an indifference to human life, high on weed, and being confronted by police for violating the law?

Is it a police problem or a black problem?

Every circle of young whites who stay out after midnight on a regular basis have a story similar to what happen to this black guy. You barely see it on Youtube because Youtube keeps the view numbers very low when it's White cop White kid...The agenda that's being pushed is cops go after black men. Headline of cop behaves like gangster is appropriate. Whether it is common enough to merit "cops brazenly act like gangsters" i don't know and doubt it. Prob a tiny few.

It is also a pretty sad state of affairs if you have to draw a gun on kids to put manners in them. Over here you pull up and be assertive they put head straight down.
