In fact, there has been 11 mass murders (at least 2 victims) with 59 death after gun ban in Australia, two of them done by a gun and that doesn't include 12 victims of the Snowtown murders. If we count victims of the mass murders from 1929 to 1996, it ads up to 140, meaning an average of 2 murders per year. Between 1996 to 2014 has been 59 deaths, so there has been average of 3.3 deaths per year. Things are so much better in Australia after gun ban..
