deca /propopionate mixed in same vial?

got my gear, the story goes its from a docter who perscribed it that way 200ml.anyone heard of that? thanks for any input.

yeah it sounded strange my guy says its legit take 1.5cc 2x week also it is so thick like motor oil ihavent taken any yet
