I had never heard of Vegans until a few threads back on this board.  As coincidence would have it, last night while I was on YouTube I stumbled across some of his videos.  One was about the late great Leroy Colbert.  I think what he has to say here is awful:

Whoever this little f@gget is, he's trying to be relevant in an irrelevant scenario (bodybuilding) by talking trash about other. Great strategy huh?

Ah, it wasn't that bad. "He was old, trivial, ate meat, and a curmudgeon. So I don't like him."  is the main point of his video, considering the nature of Youtube, young guys, etc..... it was decently respectful considering those two had internet beef.

You just know sooner or later he is going to diss the wrong person in his videos or comments section where sanity may be an issue and get his ass knocked out.
I also hope his girlfriend's is smart enough to let her next of kin know where she is going when she comes to visit himin Canada.

Yeah, bodybuilding attracts many self-obsessed individuals. Some of them also have this annoying "listen, let me tell you this" attitude on top of this, like Leroy had. This makes it unbearable to me to hear him speak, no matter if he's right or wrong.

add in that he was old and a New Yorker (correct?). I would rather listen to him than Vegan Gains, some young kid who comes across like only he knows the answer and veganism trumps everything. Like he wants or tries to be different, and a veganism is his "calling card" for that.

How could you not like the old man? He gave good advice! Also I don't know why you think he was juicing in his prime? What was readily available and used in the early 50s? It's not like he was super conditioned or anything, he just had good black genetics.

He also changed his bicep claim over the years. First it was "The first to have 20" arms" but as 20" arms became the norm he change the claim to "first to have 21" arms".

So they had not steroids back then? The conditioning was worse, since most compounds back in the day resulted in water retention, combined with the lack of knowledge about foods (like drinking gallons of milk)
