If she's drinking a ton of Starbucks with whip cream and shit, I would say it's "possible", but she's smiling in these photos. Wide mouth open smiles.

I had plastic surgery when I was 12 and I couldn't smile for about 6 weeks and that wasn't with a break or anything, just superficial damage to the meaty area of the cheek.

I would venture that she didn't break anything.
