Did you not notice that during the last eight years, a Democrat was twice elected as President of the United States?  Republicans hold more cards than Democrats. Apparently, they are the losing cards when I comes to the Presidency. A lot of Republicans hope... or hoped that they would have a Republican in the White House again. It is really a shame that they can't find a viable candidate for this election.

It sure is.   McCain, Romney, and now Trump all are TURDS.

At this point, some of my staunchest Republican friends are telling me they will vote for the Democratic candidate rather than to elect one of the nut jobs who are the front runners on the Republican side.

It might play out that in an election year that should surely go to the Repubs, Trump will make it so that a Dem gets elected again.

I actually think that Romney is quite reasonable....what I hated about him was he was disingenuous....criticiz ing Obamacare when Obama ACTUALLY stole the idea from him ....Romney spent his whole campaign not even acknowledging that he was basically the father of universal healthcare

He was pretty clear that what he did worked at the state level, but was not good federal policy.  There are numerous instances of good state policy that isn't necessarily good federal policy.

Still its very very difficult to do something then criticize the next guy for doing the same thing bigger than you....especially after you (Romney) spent years touting the success of the program you started ....I think Romney's best strategy should have been to say that since he created the program, he understood it better than Obama and could therefore reform it in a way to make it better.....that would have been a much better sell

Hillary is a professional politician who benefitted from years of insider experience in Washington. I do not think that she'll be a transformational president. But she will steer the country well enough and should benefit Canadians.

Maybe people have a hard time understanding you, because you aren't really saying anything.  For example, you just said Romney is an a-hole, because . . . he is.  No analysis.  No facts.  And then you sound frustrated when people don't simply accept what you say?
