Trenbolone - Digestion Issues/ GERD/ No Appetite
« on: December 12, 2015, 06:22:43 PM »
So I've ran tren ace for years with absolute no problems, with doses ranging from 150-200mg ED. Have very high tolerance, and my products are 100% as legit as they come.

Now all of a sudden any time I start introducing it back my digestion goes to shit, I start gagging while eating and even while training back and legs, never get hungry anymore. Usually it was always the opposite, I'd be smashing food and be starving!

Blood work besides cholesterol is more than good, liver enzymes are in range.

Estrogen was high at 345 so dropped my test from 2.5g down to a gram with doc prescribed arimidex at 1mg ED.

I had an endoscopy done in July which showed slight inflammation of stomach lining, and the doc prescribed me a proton pump inhibitor dexilant which I refuse to take.

I tried almost anything I can think off and still can't find any solution. Even tried dropping it down to 500mg EW.

The only thing I haven't tried is a dopamine agonist.

1. your estrogen might not be high, tren shows up as estrogen on some blood tests (however on 2.5g test it probably is lol)
2. take 25mcg t3 (or more when cutting) when on tren, your indigestion / bloat / hunger issues will be gone
3. cant do shit regarding heart burn, ive tried it all... only thing that helps is pantoprazol (or other medication). tren increases bile production or something, increases stomach acid / acidity. natural shit like apple cider vinegar never worked for me.

As jizmo said 20mg daily of pantoprazole is about the only thing that will sort it.

T3 didnt do much for me heartburn wise but i always run it anyway.

I find a probiotic tablet everyday for digestion helps too.

pantoprazole can take a week of constant use to take effect.

i have to avoid all acidic foods when on tren even most fruits and even with pantoprazole

Stay away from anti-acids at all costs, they make it temporarily better, and when the effect wears out, the acidity becomes so much worse, and you start needing more. You will eventually cause stomach ulcers. Keep orals at a minimum, they are harsh on the digestive tract. Buy Vegegreens supplements and take it 2-3 times per day, it helps regulate PH in your stomach. One serving of Vegegreens has 6-7 servings of vegetables, chug it with water and you're g2g. Don't take useless supplements in excess, or simply too many supplements, they will only worsen it. Stick to simple foods, easy to digest such as white fish, poultry, white rice, sweet potatoe, etc. Don't mess around with your diet eating worthless things. They will only ruin your progress and digestion. Milk helps regulate PH in the stomach as well, I don't use it because it causes acne for me, all dairy does in excess. Apple cider vinegar, before bed and when acidity spikes, mix it in a big cup of water and drink it, don't drink it alone, add water to it. Don't bing, you'll suffer. When you eat, let your food sit in your stomach before deciding to lie down because when you lie down, acidity leaks out. Give an hour before training when you eat your meal. Keep hydrating with water, stay away from sodas, they bloat you and have useless ingredients. Vegetables are your best friend on Trenbolone, pack on them as much as you can. Salads with apple cider vinegar for example. Citrus fruits can worsen your acidity, depending on what your acidity is caused from. You can become acidic from not having enough acid in your stomach (happens from abusing anti-acids) or simply having too much.

It's always a matter of what you put in your stomach while on Trenbolone. When such happens, the best thing to do, is to take a step back, and look at what you are doing wrong in your diet or what you could do to fix your issue. I would never try to resolve digestive issues with medication. Cutting out your carbohydrates, and eating moderate amount of healthy fats for a bit to get your acidity in control can be an extremely beneficial approach from past experience. Your stomach might need a break, since you might be overdoing something. Giving it a break, doing a detox and starting fresh could fix your issue.

That's from the top of my head, hope this helps.

do you mean anti acids like pantoprazole?

I had ulcers when i was younger and specialist dr prescribed me this to keep acids down so it could heal properly

gainsi is right i guess, long term use of stuff like pantoprazol dilutes your stomach acid and you will rebound once you get off

HOWEVER i use pantoprazol sporadically, like once a week whenever i get heart burn. this only happens on high doses of tren too...
and i feel like it DEFINITELY helps.
i never got a rebound like that either.
you shouldnt use them daily though

1) Yes I'm aware of that.
2) I'll have to give this a try.
3) See the thing is I don't even get any heartburn, this explains it pretty much. See below.

Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) is similar to another condition -- GERD -- that results from the contents of the stomach backing up (reflux). But the symptoms of LPR are often different than those that are typical of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

With LPR, you may not have the classic symptoms of GERD, such as a burning sensation in your lower chest (heartburn). That's why it can be difficult to diagnose and why it is sometimes called silent reflux.

Also my diet is as clean as it gets, in fact I have much easier time eating shit like burgers/pizza.

Most gagging/nausea issues come when I eat typical bro foods.

It's hard to explain it's like my taste buds have changed and food that I use to always eat doesn't taste same anymore.

Panto actually takes time to work. Maybe it's with ulcers but I used it in 2 week periods week off and that worked well.

not really, panto works immediately... believe me, i get heartburn LIKE CRAZY from cialis (even tiny dosages), and it lasts as long as i got the shit in my system.
when i pop a panto my issues are always completely gone within an hour.
