Earlier this week, TMZ revealed that the stars of HGTV's “Flip or Flop,” Tarek and Christina El Moussa, have separated.

According to earlier reports, the El Moussa's marriage took a turn for the worse when police responded to a “call of a possibly suicidal male with a gun” at the couple's home back in May.

As TMZ reports, following the call, 11 deputies and a helicopter arrived at their Orange County residence:

Witnesses told cops they saw Tarek grab a gun from his safe, run out the back door and flee down a hiking trail. Shortly after, Christina was seen running out of the house crying and shaking.

Within minutes, the helicopter spotted Tarek on a trail and deputies told him to drop his weapon. Tarek complied and told deputies he had no intention of hurting himself. He said he wanted to “blow off some steam,” and only brought the gun for mountain lions and rattlesnakes.

Deputies went back to the house and ended up seizing 5 guns, including an AR-15.

He wasn't even in the same ballpark when it came to looks compared to her.  My thoughts of her is that she was the ugly duckling story.  He met her when she wasn't that hot, then she figured out fake tits, tights, makeup hair dye etc... and become a hottie and started to garner attention. Meanwhile he was the same boring dude when she met him.  Enough attention to any chick will turn them into a whore.  Just human nature.

Yes, it was pretty dramatic the difference in styles. He was casual (shorts, tshirt, etc.) and she is always decked out, looking like she just got a makeover done or something.
