well, your "i ate tons of pizza and burgers" sounded like you kinda used GH as a crutch to eat like utter shit all day lol
if you need the calories and get them in clean then im a proponent of fast food
however i wouldve rather enjoyed some nice fat loss from the GH instead of pumping the kcals so hard... but all personal preference i guess
Yeah, I exaggerated a lil bit, but still am using GH as a crutch as you suggested.
Before GH I ate clean all the time. I had one cheat meal on Sunday and that was it. I had to go easy on the carbs or else I gained fat. and I stayed around 190-200 pounds same condition i am now.
Nowadays I eat more food, I eat cake, chocolate, pizza and other stuff on a daily basis but dont gain BF just stay around 230 pounds. I work 10-12 hours ED and have a kid, which makes strict diet harder, but thats BS. I will clean up my eating habits in April and will go for conditioning when I have ass in blood I dont really wont to be more than 230-240 pounds in super condition with lots of stamina.. Till then is heavy weights, lots of food, and lots of striking.
