How to deal with a boss that constantly picks on you?

So I'm in college and work at a restaurant in a country club and I have 2 bosses. i have been picked on and singled out for about a good 2 months now by one particular boss, he'll say things like "you know I worry for you because I don't think you'll ever make it in life" or "you are the biggest idiot I've ever met" "your girlfriend must be awesome at making life choices for dating you" "you have got to be fucking kidding me how much stupider can you get" and more comments like that. They are giving me the empty/never seated sections of the restaurant and give me tables that don't tip a lot. Also I have the lowest hourly out of every server, even a new person there who got hired a month after me got a higher starting pay for no reason. How do I deal with this situation. My other boss is the one who gives me horrible sections and then I get blamed for everything even if it has nothing to with me like someone forgetting to do their side work before they leave.

The other day she forgot to dump out the tea and wash the container so instead of telling her, he tells me to go scrub it for 10 minutes solely because I'm her boyfriend. We also have a man that comes in once a month and he tips so much money (over 100 dollars) that they have a list on which server gets him next. I was supposed to be next on the list but he skipped me and gave it to a guy who had just had him then gave it to my girl today and claimed he completely forgot about me. The worst part is he seats me the very old and cheap tippers and Asians/Blacks because he thinks they don't tip well and thinks I don't notice. Then when I got a big table a few days ago (15 people) he tells me that my girl will be taking 5 of them because it's a big table and then yesterday a table of 14 comes in and he gives it to my girl and tells me not to go near that table because she can handle it on her own.

I did consider that, but she has had horrible reviews by other members and the bosses shrug it off when they see the comments on the reciepts, also there are members that specifically ask to NOT have her as their server, so it makes no sense to me

She knows, I told her what I was noticing today. She doesn't take it personally at all. I'm not down talking her either, just stating facts I never said she was horrible at her job.

Man, you gotta find something else. Part in bold is the icing on the cake for sure. At least when he gives part of your work to your girl the money stays between you guys.  But yeah, everything you say here would break almost anyone down.

A lot in your language suggests that you and your girl are problems for the managers.  I don't agree with negative reinforcement but you say you've been singled out, suggesting that perhaps they do not shit on their employees unless they are.. shit, in which case they are keeping you around when they can easily hire another person to do that job, which sort of sounds like doing you a favour.

Regardless, for you:
Save as much money as you can so you can have the freedom to make your decisions without pressure from the bank account forcing you to take shit because you have no choice.

On the one hand, I'd say this is just lowly waiting, but consider whether you really do have a poor work ethic.  Food prep / handling / serving is some of the hardest work you'll ever do in life (provided you're able to skill up into the corporate world).  If you can get through those jobs without people shitting on you, then you're probably going to be a decent worker where ever you land.  If not, you'll be bouncing around.
