Do the Republican nominees actually beleive the shit they say?
« on: December 14, 2015, 08:48:01 AM »
All of these guys are well educated and successful.  There's no way they could be that successful being a complete retard.  Do guys like Trump, Cruz etc.. actually believe the shit they're saying or are they just pandering to what they think the public wants to hear?

Dershowitz as a professor had both Cruz and Obama. Dershowitz is a super progressive liberal like you. He said in effect Cruz is on another level intellectually and he won't respond to the same inquiry about Obama.

8. During the net neutrality debate, Cruz was proud to show off the fact that he clearly has no idea what the term actually means.

7. As the Ebola “scare” raged on last year, Cruz publicly denounced the information the CDC was giving Americans about the virus (information that turned out to be 100 percent correct)… because it was too complex for him to understand.

They say radical things to stir up the fears, bias  and insecurities of their base. It works for the primary, especially in the Confederacy , but hurts them in the general election.

This also happens in the Democrat primary. It's called "politics". Look it up, it's a thing.

Cruz looks like the type of guy that would sell rocket launchers out of his blacken out SUV in a strip club parking lot to the highest bidder. That dude has shady mother fucker written all over him.

Certainly don't think Trump does, but funniest of funny; the crazier the shit he says, the more his numbers spike. Dude's just rattling off the most unconstitutional shit imaginable and he's at, what, 41% now, compared to Cruz's 14%.

Are Americans really this stupid, or are we just at the most incredibly anti-foreigner moment in our recent history?

The Republicans really don't want Trump on top. Love the BS poll today they did saying Cruz is 10 points a head of Trump, and Cruz jumped 21 points to get there.

The best part will be all of today's trump supporters, pretending they never backed him.

The GOP will push him out.  Round 2 of a brokered convention, they will ALL line up for a Rubio-cruz ticket in a heartbeat.

Getbiggers switching sides is always the best part.  "I always thought trump was unstable" but their asses defended him for 8 months, huh?

Cruz has argued 9 times before the supreme court, was number one in his grad class at Harvard law school (95) and number one in his grad at Princeton (92). Also clerked for supreme court justice Rehnquest, the first hispanic to clerk  Conservative and a Southern Baptist.

Obama was a law lecturer at Chicago Law school. He was given the title of law professor by school officials, but has never qualified for professorship at that school. Been said that Obama had a habit of missing many a class for lecture dates. When beginning to run for state senate (Ill), Chicago Law school give him the title of professor for political reasons.

Dershowitz, since retirement, has become more of a moderate liberal, rather that the radical one he once was. Becoming more pro Israel and quite critical of the present White House and the president. Even has written about this quite often.

Being an American National (look it up..if interested) I can't vote on the mainland. Still early for the national election, but I would probably go towards the conservative side of things. Radical liberalism (PC..political correctness, etc) has certainly made a good thing worse in the US, since it took over the common sense of the average voters with too many failed promises. To be honest, just lie, after lie, after lie. The current president, the biggest failure of all time.

Dude's at 41% to Cruz's 14%, when, and under what circumstances, do you foresee this predicted backpedaling? Seems the sillier he gets, the higher he rises in the polls.

But you're the expert.

Lots of candidates with high leads end up falling.  This is VERY common.

i have predicted all along that trump will wreck shit in the primaries and have a shitload of wins.

BUT

The party is already plotting on how they can overthrow him at the convention.  IF he comes in with 49% of delegates, they can legally "free" the delegates to vote for whoever they want.  They do a vote, make deals, do another vote, make more deals.  At some point, some person getbig 51% of the votes, and they get the nomination.

that's why jeb is sticking around.  He is the known establishment guy that'll be trying to take over at a convention.

Now, if trump has reached the magic number, they'll have to get more shadier if they want to boot him.

Right now, trump is losing to clinton by 10 or 12 points in a polled matchup... while rubio and even carson are beating hilary in a head to head matchup.  Trump gets the base all riled but, but many will hate him in the general election.  From the minute he announced, I said it'll be trump vs hilary, with one of them winning 40 states.

The right kind of Latino, like the right kind of black. would still be a token one controlled by the liberal left wing of the Democratic party. Wouldn't want  a free thinking Latino, but one completely under the thumb of his white liberal masters.

The old guard country club blue blood Republicans are seeing a agenda shift in the GOP..and they fear that. Trump, Rubio, Cruz are shaking the foundation of the party. With a lot of backroom fighting going on. Jeb Bush is the only one really backed by the old guard GOP.

What is feared most is a third party movement started by Trump, which would almost seal a Hillary election. But , to keep it real, Hillary is on very thin ice with all her criminal deceptions, coming with more investigations...also her health is not in the very best shape.  The health question and her getting up in age can be a big negative for her running for president.

Trump say's what the silent majority really thinks, but never say themselves. People getting very tired of all the PC garbage. The US craves a strong leader, both on the home front and with foreign dealings. Obama is a very weak leader, who ignores or denies , Muslim terrorist, the failing economy, open borders, ObamaCare..another major coming failure..and the list goes on, and on, and on. ZHe only gives lip service to all these issues.

What does being scholarly have to do with running for or becoming president?  Were Bush or even Reagan great intellectuals?  How smart is Cruz to have held on to his Canadian citizenship for so long while having presidential ambitions?

Anyway, whoever emerges as the Republican nominee probably will be destroyed by Hillary in the debates.
