DNP
Depending on your caps 200mg or 250mg. I had 250mg.
I always start at 250mg upon waking, why? Because you want to see how your body reacts, you can trigger an allergic reaction any time, beginning mid or end of the cycle, doesn't matter. Test the waters first. If everything is fine, than ramp up your dosage to 500mg (I take it all in the morning).
Make sure that you are using T3 all along. It helps combat lethargy. At 250mg, I would do 50mcg, and at 500mg, I would do 100mcg. That's that...
Running Trenbolone with it is nice, but that's optional, will help hold skeletal muscle. However, nothing will prevent you from becoming a pancake with twig limbs. The muscle/strength rebound though, once you stop the DNP, should be relatively big. You would want to keep the T3 high for a while with the Trenbolone to give time for your body to adjust to its new bodyfat composition, and give yourself as well the time to find the proper amount of calories to maintain your bodyfat.
Usually, for the rebound, using an oral is proven to be very effective in that time frame. I would personally take advantage of that.
While on DNP, using Clenbuterol or Ephedrine will help free up fat cells to be used as energy. Don't be scared to combine one of them. Caffeine is another good friend to combat lethargy, don't be afraid to use that as well.
Vitamin C, ALA, and other supplements that should be taken on DNP definitely helps. Your body is being nuked, you have to supplement it really carefully with the right tools. This will only make you feel better and is for your own benefit.
Apart of that, 750mg is not worth it because you feel like a stick on it, and it's a horrible feeling. You can safely run 500mg for 14-21days as long as you can handle it. 28 days if you started at 250mg and sticked to it for a week or so.
20 minutes of fast walking a day won't kill you when fasted. Grab some HGH-Fragment 176-191 and inject it 20-30 minutes before doing your cardio. Or if you have, use real HGH instead ( which I would not waste personally on a DNP cycle, stick to peptides, they don't cost much). It will help release fat cells as well to be burned as energy.
Sibutramine doesn't work on DNP, don't waste your energy and brain.
Hope this helps
