A fair amount more than 250mg a week but minuscule amounts when compared to what he's previously used.

I'm guessing 1000 test a week maybe taper down to 500 over time. I suspect he's doing it under medical supervision which is the smart way to go. Good on him.

It's an illusion because his head is so big. He's actually still pretty big, still a solid 220. That's pretty jacked for a 5'9 guy

He always said he was looking forward to downsizing. Walking up stairs without panting. More normal clothes. I reckon doing slowly over 2 years down to a maintenance dosage is the way to go.

He looks good. Waist looks fairly tight and he seems much more comfortable and chipper in his interviews. Hasn't been smaller than his brother Ray ever though so Christmas might be awkward this year.

I'm no mega dosing pro....but 1st things you notice when clean or on low dose is forearms and neck tend to loose volume
