Left over chicken and sausage with Spanish rice and curried black eyed beans. Hunk of grilled tofu and some roasted eggplant. Hot sauce.

Chicken looks unseasoned and boiled and that's before being leftover.

Rice looks ok.

Bean are nasty.

Sausage looks ok.

Tofu is nasty.

Eggplant is nasty.

Then all covered in hot sauce.

The firm tofu grills nicely. I eat it with a sauce. Today was the curry from the beans. Roast eggplant is fricken great.
