Steve Harvey announced Colombia as the winner of the Miss Universe 2015, then 5 min later he apologized and announced Filipinas as the real winner.

Looks like people in higher places rigged the competition so Ms. Phillipino would win, and screwed up. Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me. Planet Niburu may be responsible.

I'm in Colombia right now, and watched it tonight. The Miss Universe contest here is almost as big as the Super Bowl is in the U.S. It's crazy. They take this shit very seriously. Colombian & Venezuelan women usually are the frontrunners.
