Went to a seminar he had back in 1994 about 2 months after the NOC. Was pretty open about his cycle. He did add GH and anadrol to his primo and winny stack. Said he would do 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off (with HCG and clomid) then switch his supps around for the next 4 weeks

Looks like Mike added some thickness to his pecs for that show. Looks that the most muscular pose w/Nasser. He did not have that kind of pec thickness in 1990/1991.

Legs are not weak, just his upper body was more dominant.

Find it funny that to this day with the 36 inch bloated thighs that the best legs in bodybuilding still belonged to Platz, Branch Warren and Paul Demayo pretty much

I tried watching a few of that guy's vids... seems like he doesn't know a whole lot. Just surface level synopses.
