His stance and inaction/fuckups on intervention in foreign policy have created chaos. I am not just talking Libya, Syria and the Arab Spring, which he supported and has now led to the flourishing of ISIS and refugee crisis, but beyond that...
He was made to look weak by Putin, has been too idealistic where pragmatism is needed (no Syria solution without Assad) and has also, so many times, degraded the office of POTUS to a celebrity role.
This last one really pisses me off. Being on Mythbusters - OK, promote science and engineering, I can take that. Being on youtube channel of some retard who ate a teaspoon of cinnamon and has 35 million views and IQ of a feral dog? Going on Bear Grylls and shamelessly plugging a climate change message? He has whored out his office as that of celebrity number 3 (even he ball licks the royal family).
Domestically, not my country. Seems to be very partisan, Republicans didn't help with budget deadlines missed and shutdowns, but still. No effect on gun laws despite the constant speeches. Economy a lot better and he did use totally different model to Europe (which failed and is belatedly copying QE) so that was a ballsy and correct move. Oil he has no control over - he did not invent fracking and has no say in OPEC so cannot credit him with fall or rise of price. Got Osama Bin Laden killed and has taken out a lot of ISIS and other terrorist leaders in drone strikes.
