Yes he's better. Even though he's wearing a flannel and jeans, you can clearly see he is wider and probably is more personable as well.

Not even close to Phil. He's big but blocky and not symmetrical.

Phil Heath is a lot of things... But he's a top notch bodybuilder thanks to amazing genetics.
