Apart from the pec implants for Rambo2, Stallone was always in impeccable shape.

Looked fantastic - I remember watching his movies and he appeared humongous to me... larger than life. Arnold even more so, simply Hercules personified.

Many years later when I was a MuscularDev stooge I kinda felt sorry looking at him... he appeared like a malnourished child compared to the dudes that represented the "real deal" when it came to muscle.

In hindsight I would choose a physique like Stallone's any day of the week over any ballon-oist's.

Dolph looked great, but his back lacked development. It's obvious when they square up in the center of the ring.

I can never make up my mind whether he was in better shape for rambo 3 or rocky 4, his best shape seems to be rambo 3 time atleast but he looked even better here than in the actual movie

2 from Rocky 3 and one from Rocky Balboa (2006). He was MUCH heavier in Rocky Balboa, but his pec tear is clear there. In fact, he has 0 pec development in Rocky B.

An older Rambo pic (2 or 3) and two from Rambo 4 (2007/2008). He was said to have gone up to 219 pounds during the filming of Rambo 4. His back was wide as fuck during this time.
