And I thought having to deal with shitty ass holiday gym holidays sucked.

Merry Christmas!!

Just finished up at the gym. Opened up at 5:30 had a total of 46 clients, general fitness, college and High School athletes. Lots of fun, intense training finished the training up pairing 50 yard prowler sprints followed up with :60sec battle ropes.

Merry Christmas.    And Wes, as far as depression goes, I know of a couple people who were able to life themselves out of depression by getting a dog.   If you don't have one, perhaps you can get one!  They really are a mood changer.
