Gift giving has always been a part of Christmas for our family. My daughter and son in law gave me a cashmere hoody/sweater from Sax Off Fifth and a pair of Tom's shoes made of wool. My daughter won't have me dressing like the old man that I am.

Some gym equipment (SS Yoke, Reverse Hyper, slide board) speed and agility set up for our camps/clinics (overspeed bands, bullet belts, laser timer that tests 10, 20 splits and 40 times) and some clothes.

My husband and I love the Karate Kid series so I bought him a beautiful bonsai tree. He is the type that has everything and asks for nothing so I have to be creative. He loved it.  :)

These look more like lady buns than man buns. Man buns are supposed to look a little sloppy. Can't say I'd appreciate it either way since it would look very strange glued to a bald head, I think. Yul Brynner is the one guy who could pull it off.

Sadly this is true. I work 14+ hrs a day. Out of those 14hrs I research. First hour is training second hour is business.

I'm looking for a marketing person now. I'm overwhelmed and stressed.

I was a bit sarcastic, but hearing this blows :-\ I remember that you told us that you hired a marketing company to do all the social media marketing, right?
I understand that it's hard to separate family & business, but dude, you have to, since it's not healthy to think about business 24/7. Find some positive distractions, and no, I won't suggest you doing yoga, though it's a good thing to do.

None.  I prefer not to receive anything.  It has been this way for a great many years.  I don't begrudge others exchanging gifts and am only too happy to give someone I love or at least like a present or two!  ;D

Awesome, t. Does it still work? And what casino did it hit the floor in 1935? Not Vegas, obviously.

It does indeed still work. I shall have to figure out where it spent its life as a working slot machine. The machine came with some paper work that was put together by the man that refurbished the machine. As a .25 machine, way back in 1935, I believe this would be considered a fairly "high limit" machine.

Same, I want for nothing. I'd accept a new car... or 50" 4k TV but would feel guilty I did not return favour.

I am happy with what I got, would be just as happy without.

Shizzo made a funny post (2nd attempt in this thread) so that is my favourite surprise this year.

We still have them but they're slow. Most of the social media is done by me they do the sponsored ads. Today was all me. FB, Twittter, IG and my FB business page. I make it a point to post several times a day on at least two of the platforms. In all we have almost 20k followers.

I understand that it's hard to separate family & business, but dude, you have to, since it's not healthy to think about business 24/7. Find some positive distractions, and no, I won't suggest you doing yoga, though it's a good thing to do.

I agree. My son is worried that I'm going to drop dead between the business and me coaching high school football, track and field and track (strength coach) just that alone is a full time job with 130 athletes. But it's not work to me. It's my passion. We are also starting to get our MLB athletes and college athletes ready for their NFL and Pro day combines plus our seminars.

It can be a selfish act to deprive others from the pleasure of gift giving. Just as you like to give to someone you love, so does someone who loves you find joy in giving to you.

I actually received this totally cool, very real, 1935 slot machine. It was a commercial casino issued slot machine. Pretty damn cool.

Coach, shoot me a PM or message me on Facebook.  My wife was hardcore into marketing, doing consulting all across Florida for small busineses and developing global marketing plans for them.  She also used to teach classes to startup's on Social Media marketing.... If anything she may be able to provide you with some guidance....

Plus she co-owns her own gym in Egypt ;)
