So how have you guys been keeping diets in check and training routines?
? Over the last two wks i missed about 6 workouts with having to shop after work, xmas parties etc and i havent strayed to far from the diet but i have been eating lots of random cookies, candies, and larger portions of food that i normally wouldnt eat. I plan on getting back in track this wk, ow and also the gym that i use was closed xmas eve xmas day and new years eve and obviously new years day. Anyone else have the holidays hinder there gains?
Guess im just digging for some post holiday motivation
