This piece of shit kills four people in a drunk driving accident, has his defense attorney argue his affluent upbringing was to blame, then decides to flee to Mexico. But, not before throwing a going away party. One can only hope there is some sort of prison justice doled out to this punk.

News just said if he isn't tried for the run as an adult will probably only serve 4 months in a Juvie facility. Mom could get 2 to 8 years.

The lawyer should do time for the idiotic defense strategy.


I'll tell you what - that's a fucking good idea.  If your client gets convicted, you serve 10% of his sentence along side him.  If you're the prosecutor who thought the case had merit and decided to proceed but you lose, you lose 10% of whatever the victim did.  It's time for these lawyers to put some skin in the game.
