Great physique. I have a few athletes that go to school with his sons. From what I understand both are heading to Notre Dame for football.

From my understanding, once you completely tear a muscle, the damage is permanent. Doctors don't seem to be able to get them back to their pre-tear state.

That doesn't look bad. The damage looks minor.

Except for the fact that his right pec is substantially smaller than his left pec. But, other than that, minor damage.

The deformation looks similar to LEVRONE, whose injury was most obvious at the '96 ASC, but still very minor.

Freeman maybe waited too long?

Yeah, its noticeable, but not as noticeable as Freemans tear. Right pec is SUBSTANTIALLY smaller.

'Minor'?! It's about the first thing I notice. Based on an M&F article, Kevin had the luck that he found a good surgeon, but he was never the old Kevin after that accident $:-\$

Cena tore his right pec and the surgeon did a good job, but, you can still see some space in his upper right pec area.

Ah OK.. Kevin had more luck than most guys with a pec tears. It's all about finding the right person asap.
I remember that Berry de Mey had a hard time to convince the surgeon to operate his tear right away.
