I'd have a little more sympathy for the dude if the he didn't fuck up the Special Editions of the original films AND the Prequel trilogy. Just fucking awful. Almost every idea he had was fucking horrible. What is his preoccupation with adding little CGI droids to every scene? Fucking falling down and slapping each other like the Three Stooges? Obviously the worst crime was having Greedo shoot first. The Prequels just sucked from top to bottom so there is no one thing to point out about them.
Look, I respect the dude, and I'm no fan of mega-conglomerate studios and their greed, but George Lucas has lost his mind. He has no idea how to make a serious movie anymore. It's really for the best that he not be involved anymore. I mean, in the Special Edition, he literally stopped Return of the Jedi in it's tracks and added a retarded song and dance number. It was obvious at a certain point that he was just using those movies to tinker around with CGI and test what they were able to do technologically. Way too much fucking green screen and little useless gags.
