Why is Big Ramy dodging the Arnold Classic again?

Kai would most likely win and Ramy would be runner up.

I guess Ramy would rather win the Arnold Brazil rather than taking 2nd at the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio.  

The downside to that is that Ramy has less time to regroup for the Olympia.
