Weider Mags made him look like the intellectual bodybuilder...
When I read his comments regarding Milos and his ex wife, I couldn't believe how shallow and childish he was...

He didnt have a real university degree, just some night school crap. Thats why he couldnt get a real job.

Unfortunately, I was never close enough to a Pro to have a clue, but obv it would depend on the mg/ml - bet the Steroid board guys would know.  And for us it was tablets anyway.  Dosages & timings were recommended to us IIRC by one of the early UK gurus with the initials 'MH' but have long since faded from my mind...

(Warning!  Unnecessary and tangential boring old fart anecdote) After Benaziza thing we were backstage at a regional event in the early 90's and I knew we'd reached our level when I asked the guy next to me why he had a big box of eye drop bottles and a strip of barrels & pins in his prep bag.  "If I pass out it's for my buddy to IV me" was the reply... :o  We looked down at our cans of coke and reality bit.  He may have been BS'ing or it might be common practice and well known to you all but for some hypocritical reason IV was a step too far for us LOL

Flex had so much esiclene in his muscles by that stage (99 o and 2000 arnold) he looked like a blimp with cuts. There is a youtube tribute to flex 2000 arnold. He may as well have had air mainlined to his muscles.

nasser never really had the most asthetic arms but what a freaking lineup!!!!
Ronnie looks sick and cormier should of gotten 2nd.

this is when it was so exciting to see the mr olympia even the smaller contests where exciting iron man was a great show to always had a decent lineup.....

wait, didn't he have a degree in political science or something of that nature, and went to university in Europe. In Flex Mag's "The Big Picture" there were pics of him at University.
