He has a rented house that echoes with emptiness, his wife sounds like a dude, he has 5 years to live max, his skin resembles a scrotum with high blood pressure and sunburn, his sideburns are false, he doesn't seem to have a legal ride, his only source of food is "real food" which is ironically hilarious since it's not, the real food is shipped to him in quantities he cannot sell, the print shop fucks up his orders, he's consistently too late to his midnight food run, he wears fake contacts, his hair is falling out, he's addicted to steroids ...I could go on. But I agree, he has it pretty good. Pretttty pretttttyy pretty good.

I wouldn't have Piano's ailing health and blood pressure, organs etc. for all the money in the world

He went off or cut down before he started the vids (although he didn't change much with all the PMMA). Then when he went back on he's likely landed where he was before he went off.
