Well a couple of weeks ago he posted himself taking his BP (125/77 IIRC) and says he sees the Doc every couple of months.  I can't help feeling he posted that after people on here were busting his chops posting Hi BP gifs etc LOL

Jeez, really?  So if you were to multiply all those views by the length of each video you'd get an idea of the total play time of the series...

He does a workout on the show once in a while.  It's unimpressive to say the least.  Hack squat sets with one plate, leg extension machine, that's about it.
