I dont think she'll be prosecuted.  The FBI won't bother and the repubs are too spineless and dickless to hit her with anything that'll stick.  They had 8 chance at benghazi.  They had plenty of fast & furious with obama.  They're all corrupt and they will let her go, just as repubs will never bother going at the next repub prez or sec of state that breaks the law.

since bill clinton, they have this 'impeachment is off the table' thing.   it seems to extend to top leadership too.  Clinton will walk on this, even though she's guilty as dog shit.
