It depends.  In terms of bodybuilding, Arnold did.  In terms of what I would rather look like, along with 99% of the population, the fighters body wins everytime.  Although this particular fighter is totally juiced like Arnold was.

Arnold is one of the all time best bodybuilders. No one can talk shit about that, IMO.

Walker is probably in better shape right now. Drugs can do wonders but there's nothing like genetics.

Arnold's pecs look really flat in the Conan shot. Quite odd considering his chest was among his best body-parts.
