Anyway, I think it'll be 6 or 7 people winning it this time.  People are going to go absolutely bonkers buying tickets this week.  Even the 800 million dollar lump sum... just mind boggling.

after taxes, it's $3000 an hour for the next 30 years.  That's not even counting the interest you'd be earning on it.

I believe it's $7.  The powerball itself was raised to $4.

No...went to the gas station and got 4.  Needed two matching numbers and the powerball.  I only had one number and the powerball

I misread - thought you had 2 + powerball.  You meant inclusive.

Just looked at the site.  One number + powerball pays exact same as powerball only.

A $2 ticket would have been sufficient. $50 does nothing to improve your odds.
