What was your goal when you started last year?  If I were in your shoes, cardio would have been a priority along with tuning instead of bulking.

My goal when I started was to just be in better all around shape. I'm a diabetic and yes I do need to step up the cardio even more to reach my newest goal. To get rid of this gut before I'm 40. (sept 17)

I walk two miles  a day.............step ups for 20.............and use a Gazelle for 20 each day.

I've lost 3 inches around the middle so far.......gained 2 in my chest.

Reached a minor goal of 16 inch arms.......they can never be to big.......LOL

Keep it up.  It's a life long journey, so stick with it.  Remember we measure our progress in inches, so don't expect miracles overnight.  Hang in and you'll get in the best shape ever.  Just keep going, you're getting the "look".  I've worked with diabetics and even got many of them off insulin.  The more weight you loose the better your chances are of beating it.  Congratulations so far.

You have monster traps, but that's not so good for your symmetry, you should also focus on your side delts.
I think you have good, wide structure, but also so many pounds to lose around your midsection, you should up your cardio, and watch your diet.
Having a big structure is a big plus, if you can get lean, you'll look impressive for sure.
You can even get a date with Alexx  ;D

Some really decent changes, I think a smaller waistline will give a dramatic effect, you have your chest, arms and delts coming up, a smaller waist will accentuate them even more. Good job!

Back for May

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v281/boromir66/May22b.jpg

All your pics are of different poses and tiny so its hard to tell whether you've lost much of your waist but that should be your number 1 objective.  Especially since you said you wanted to it to be gone by september.

Step up diet and cardio, I could see progress in the last photo but this one is tough because you're carrying some weight.

Looks like you've put on quite a lot of muscle.

Make sure you clean up your diet as well, getting rid of all sugar from your daily intake.

Keep at it.

Difficult to tell but it looks as if you have not lost any of the gut.

(But as hedgehog has said, you look more muscular).

-Great gains bro, keep up the hard work.

-I would recomend NOT eating before bed at all, unless it is a protein shake.

-I see your snacks and many of your meals consist of carbs.  Try to substitute the carbs for some lean cuts of meat.  Focus on taking in your fruit, like bananas in your first two meals.  The rest of your meals can consist of veggies and lean cuts of meat.

-So, continue eating every 3-4 hours (seems as if you are doing that) high carbs first couple meals (with protein), and lower carbs, higher
     protein for your later meals.

Good luck and keep us posted
