I had a blast competing. Ended up in the hospital 6 weeks later but i won the show! Plus, bikini girls like to practice their "fuck me from behind pose" backstage while you watch. Too bad i was on low carbs and couldnt get wood :-\

this is why competing is a total waste. Notice how most guys post "competitive days" just can't get their ass in gear to even look normal? Something about the depleting prep that takes the love out of training and eating after I've always found.

How about just focusing on getting your top 2 abs, then we can talk?
