A lot of people in work have commented on my arms, I normally wear size L slim fitting shirts which partially expose my upper arm and my arms fit tightly into them. I've had guys ask me how much I curl to get arms like that, I have had women ask me to flex for them and one even asked to feel my bicep, she went all red and looked like she was melting after touching it. Every woman I have ever dated since turning 20 has commented on my physique before I even mentioned that I trained.

The funny part of this is that my arms are only 2 inches bigger now than they were in the green shirt picture, shows how fucking stupid getbig standards can be and that you don't need drugs or bodybuilder levels of muscle to be very impressive to the average person. It's also kind of sad that I only gained 2 inches in 7 years but oh well I've been inconsistent at times, but for the last year and a half I've been training solidly and I'm at my best now ;D

INB4 someone posts the green t-shirt picture. How many times have people recognized you lift weights in clothes?

A simple solution to the green tshirt pic would be to post a current one, no?

An increase of 2 inches (5 cm) is nothing to sneeze at.

Of course people will notice a difference.

12" + 2" = 14"

They usually can tell I'm fit.

I usually wear loose fitting stuff but there are times I have to dress up and people can tell. It's no bid deal, though. I'm definitely not huge or impressive.

After reviewing the photo maybe you should consider that they're making these comments sarcasticly,  making fun of the idea that you would be working out for such a poor set of arms....  ???

Adding 2 inches isn't helping anything bro.

the difference is torso thickness.   upper back, chest, shoulders....  a lot of dudes train arms, but overall body thickness ain't something you can fake, and isn't something you can put together in a few months of lifting.  You can add size to your arms screwing around with dumbbells a few nights a week... you can't have a visibly thick back and wide shoulders, you can't have a thick upper chest, without attending the gym 4 days a week for years.

All the time... Like at work in dress shirts or even a full on suit, I'm a big guy, no where near being lean, but at 250, I'm not a ball of blubber.....

I ain't fooling anyone that I'm competing though ;D

12" + 2" = 14"
Actually it's gone from 15" to 17"

If I reach 18" that will be my absolute limit because gains come slow as hell now in terms of arm circumference.

Whenever meeting new people (in a casual setting) usually get the "do you workout?"-question. To which the response is always; "no, I inject".

No way those arms are even 15" in that pic, mate. And if they're at 17" now then they would look absolutely fucking massive on your build.
I'm 6ft.2 bro...
