To be truly green it needs a small nuclear reactor...

That solar and wind are going to generate enough for a lights and a very tiny fridge under optimal conditions.  You'd need propane to cook.  No where near the power needed for climate control so bake all summer, freeze all winter.  No toilet is a problem.  You can't just crap on the ground, even if you own the ground.  It's illegal to live somewhere without approved septics and the council can kick you off your own land for it if they feel like it.  No shower is kind of gross as well but makes sense since there isn't enough power to heat a pot of water anyway.

The price is retarded and these people are opportunistic cynics looking to cash in on the tiny house trend.

I'll be building a tiny house as a camper for the back of my truck.  It will have a shower, a toilet (possibly under the shower head!), solar, possibly wind, AC/DC lights and fridge, inverter from battery + plug in to grid for standard appliance AC power, climate control and a good R value, fresh water/grey water/and septic holding tanks, diesel generator, propane for cooking either inside or outside under the retractable mosquito netting enclosed awning which will extend off 3 sides, and the mobility of 4x4 with 110 gallons of diesel spare in addition to the 35 gallon tank.  Featuring cedar siding, hydraulic rams/stilts for [un]loading, I will call it Home On The Range, which is exceedingly clever of me.  In ur face 'ecoli-prolapseual.'

It actually does have a toilet. And a shower.

Imagine the reactions you get when you order a hooker or a pizza. Great laugh guaranteed.

I would rather buy a $87 tent and spend the rest of the cash in prime whores and weed. I mean, if I was single again  ;D

Dude lives in a camper on the beach. Has to move it a few feet every few days.
