The enigmatic TRICEPS of Ronald Dean C O L E M A N
« on: January 13, 2016, 06:28:47 PM »
Ronnie gets a lot of shit for his tris, which have a rather unusual genetic shape, with a very thin lateral head and extremely rounded, exaggerated sweep. A true "horseshoe," as it were.

Still, his side tricep pose sucks, possibly because he doesn't always present it in a way that demonstrates the massiveness of the long head of his tri (see Levrone comparison pic).

COLEMAN tris: A genetic marvel with a tricep shape that is simply hard to appreciate due to idiosyncrasy, or just a crappy tri period?

Yet when Ronnie did a Front Biceps pose his triceps were huge. This points to a larger medial head, I believe.

Strange how the bicep still remained fairly full and vascular, and the tri is just eaten up.

Ronnie had great triceps that "popped" in every pose except for the side triceps. Weird.

Early in Ronnies career his tris were one of his most impressive Bodyparts. It almost appears, that later on he put on size everywhere else while his tris stayed the same or got smaller. By 2005 they were gone completely.

His triceps have always looked weird. Its like one long continuous tricep. You really cant see the differentiation between the three heads.

Fear not......his triceps will come back after using the Weider Medical Needs Principle.

Weider Medical Needs Principle:  When a crippled, illiterate dolt uses the triceps to steady themselves on crutches or a cane after undergoing yet another surgery to repair or replace bodyparts destroyed by years of drug abuse...

Very true. It looked just like a horse shoe. It was striated though.

Look at Ronnie when he does a FDB, his tris are huge. As I said, it looks like the medial head is larger.
