The doctor turned himself in:

An emergency room doctor accused of ejaculating into a drugged patient's face turned himself in to police Tuesday, the New York Daily News reports.

David Newman of Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City reported to the NYPD Special Victims squad to face charges of sexual abuse and assault.

So, in peoples opinions, does this mean he is guilty? I mean, if he was innocent, you think he'd want to clear his name.

I just assume that all Doctors beat off on the faces of sedated females.  Pretty much a given, I don't know why people are making a big deal out of it.

Hmmm, I tried to do a quick google search, and no updates came up.

But I wonder what justified reasons she would have to stay with him. He is obviously going to lose his medical license, and will never be able to practice medicine ever again. If she stays with him, it looks like she will have to be the "bread winner."

Hmmm, the situations are pretty different. One is licensed, one is not. They are both bad in their own right and present different dangers to the public. Is one worse than the other? I don't know if you could determine that.

One actually took an oath to provide care for people, not to mention devoted his life to an education so he could achieve that goal.  The other wore a stethoscope and a lab coat in an office.....
