There is no talking, once you are in a street fight you have to finish or you will be finished.  Perfect opportunity for the white boy when he was on the mount to ground and pound and render him unconscious.  That black man "anibriated" or not was not going to stop.  I learned a long time ago you can not reason with a drunk person.  Towards the end when white boy had his hooks set again a perfect time for him to put him to sleep and then walk away.  It's very clear that the white boy did not have the "fight" mindset, and he is lucky he did not get hurt.

Real street fights are over in seconds.

He probably didn't get stomped out because they didn't like the guy that was getting beat, and were amused that it happened by a goofy white dude. Black folks do love see a good comeuppance story, for instance, Epic Beard Man was loved by most blacks.
