Actually, I'm around 18% body fat... As I mentioned in the post, I have to lean out.
I've never taken an juice EVER... As far as the arms are concerned, well, I'm just fortunate to have them.
However, for all your piece of minds, as far as juice is concerned, If I did, I would say so, I wouldn't be ashamed of it... I've just never required it, but I'm thinking about starting, so take that for what you will, I just haven't done any yet.
Definitely no abs in this shot... There is no 6 pack there... I'm working towards leaning out for summer so I'll drop another shot or 2 off in 3 months and let you know how it went. I'm only working on getting around 10% or so, just enough to see some decent abs... not anything that would be contest shape, however, once again, If things go well, maybe it will pay off.
I agree with most of the comments, I'm definitely not "ripped", but I'm not juicing.
