Born in 1970. Came of age in the glorious '80s.

Wish I could go back and remain in that decade.

The chicks were hottest then, too.

thank you.   I did the Canadians in 1991, 1995, 2001, 2005 and 2007.   never competed often enough to get my face known, or to figure out how to peak for a show.   here is a pic from my last contest in 2007   wt - 234  ht - 5'9''

Those were good times following bodybuilding.  And then things changed.  Flipping through a bodybuilding magazine in the early 90's, the first bodybuilder that I noticed that started taking things to a new level was Mohammed Benaziza, and then the rest of the competitors followed, and now the majority look like pregnant hippos.

you must have gotten to know them all pretty good no?   trish, Stacey, mellisa....   is it true that Bob's office was near a strip club and he would recruit from there?

I dont  know where he recruited from but at that time and area, where MMI shop was,  I remember there used to be a ton of strip bars. Used to try to sneak in before hitting legal age.  ;D

 :D You're a good man Hazbin. Appreciate the positive words. Those barely 18 inch arms and 35 inch waist @218-220 derailed my bodybuilding dreams.  It was tough to win almost every power meet I entered and barely crack the top-6 in my bodybuilding shows.

Back in those days there were 4-5 cars that I could lift effortlessly. The 1984 Honda Civic was my favorite.

i grew up in the 80's  wish i could get into a time machine and go back there and stay there


simple things meant more then, hell i remember me and my brother loved going to the video store and would be excited if the movie we wanted was in stock.
