WOW....on some of the back poses from the prejudging gallery he has crazy love handles!!!

I have NEVER seen that at a pro show before.

He doesn't even have a six pack in the AB/Quad pose.....garbage.

It looks like major water retention in addition to not getting lean enough. Monster doses of GH, among other things, is my guess.

He has great structure and good calves and good waist to quad size,if he get's dry and super hardness look out.but then again maybe he dosen't go the extra mile

Wow, he looks smooth. He's got a good bone structure, but not a good muscle structure: flat arms, weak chest, weak back, weak abs. And he's never really dialed it in for a show. I still think he has potential, but he has a LOT of work to do.

Chris Cook – The blond bomb. This guy’s idea of dieting is shaking the sprinkles off his post-workout donut. If he spent as much time worrying about those sagging glutes as he did on those pearly whites, he might crack the top 10 instead of the backstage scale. I hope he writes out a new diet plan while watching this year’s Olympia on PPV.

Chris Cook diets extremely hard, for example when he's dieting for a show he orders his Pizza Hut pizzas without the stuffed crust, now that's discipline.

Correct and he also switches from the Garlic Butter to the plain tomato dipping sauce. Monster committment.

Just because he's peaking for another show doesn't mean he can't come in a lot leaner. What show is he peaking for the Olympia?
