I don't think you know what Varicose Veins are. Vascularity is not the same as a Varicose Vein. And an artery is not a vein.

I've decided to copy and paste the children's explanation of what Varicose Veins are. Hopefully YOU can understand what they are now. Sorry that you're a moron.

"What Causes Varicose Veins?
It's a lot of work to move all that blood. To do their job, veins are full of valves that help keep the blood flowing in the right direction. Valves are like tiny doors that close after the blood has passed through to keep blood moving along and to make sure it doesn't flow backward.

As people get older, though, the valves might not work as well. When that happens, some blood can stay in a vein instead of moving forward like it should. This makes the vein swell up, and that swollen vein is a varicose vein.

The veins often show up on the legs, ankles, and feet because those body parts are farthest from the heart. Gravity pulls blood down into your legs and feet when you're standing up or sitting down. So the veins have to work extra hard to get that blood back up to the heart, and some of those veins can wear out over time.

Varicose veins look twisted and purple or blue, and they're raised, which means they look like they're sitting on top of the skin. They can be tender and painful, especially if something bumps them. People who have varicose veins might also have achy legs that feel heavy. "

Both of you guys are morons. Those are not arteries. Arteries pulsate and go from the heart out to the body. They have a certain component called a "media" thus a musculature layer. So vaso dialators only work in the deoxyginated blood of the veins? Somebody also better tell all companies that use Niacin that when your arteries become engorged with blood, and visible, that nicorulez says it's their veins. Scientists all over the world will be shocked to know of this contradictory news. . Arteries do not flow like that. Are you some high school chump with a biology book. Tell you what, simple anatomy lesson. The major ARTERY in the body is the aorta (a-or-ta). It arises from the left ventrical (chamber of the heart...you do know what that is don't you). Off of the aorta arises the subclavian and internal carotid arteries. The aorta traverses downward and gives rise to the renal arteries and bifurcates into the iliac arteries. Now arteries get progressively smaller to arterioles and then capillaries. From capillaries, you start the process back to the heart and get venules and finally veins. Veins, not surprisingly, are what we medical professionals use to pull blood out people. The major arteries in the arms are the medial, radial and ulnar arteries. Here, for your eyes only Lloyd, is a picture of the superficial veins of arms (ehhhrr arteries according to you and weed...)

Lloyd, another thing moron. Vasodilators are not used to make you vascular. What an ignorant idiot who has been perusing the underground steroid handbook for too long. NO directly affects the media of arteries and causes them to dilate. In medicine, we use direct vasodilators for hypertension such as minoxidil and hydralazine (look them up). There is another one not commonly used anymore called diazoxide. In hypertensive emergencies, we actually use a IV NO analog called nitroprusside. Lets see, they are using prostacyclin analogs in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Also, there are other vasodilators like calcium channel blockers such as Nifedipine, amlodipine, felodipine, and nisoldipine. The list goes on and on. BTW, if you knew what we used niacin for you wouldn't sound like the fool you are. Niacin just happens to be an excellent anti-cholesterol medication. Unfortunately, it has the unpleasant side effect of fever, elevation of liver enzymes and flushing. Niacin does not, and I repeat, make your veins engorge with blood. You get flushed (aka red faced). Treatment is aspirin before you take it.

Props Nicrorulz. Hey guys here is a little hint for you when trying to "educate" us idiots. Don't act like a total wad and talk down to everyone like you know every single thing and it is such a bother and a chore to clue us in. And with that, if you are going to act like a total know-it-all wad, at least have the info you are trying to club us over the head with be,uh,you know... CORRECT. Is that to much to ask? And the artery you so kindly informed us about is the Braichial artery, , and it is located inside the arm, not on top of the muscle itself.
