Maybe you don't have to put yourself through pain to train properly? Maybe it's not exactly 'hard work.' That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I spoke to Paul at the gym in Mississauga when Ronnie came to guest pose about a month ago, he had surgery on his shoulder about a year ago. but man the guy is a freak because hes back to his old size and he said he was ready to compete again. he thinks his first show back will be the toronto pro show I'm not sure if he meant this or next year.

Paul was always pretty cool IMO. Funny story... A photographer shot some pics of me back in the day and he had shot Paul's wife Britta, a few days previous. When the photographer gave me the proof sheets, I got 18-20 shots of Britta in various stages of dress & undresed.

. If I could find them, I'd post them, but they are long gone.

That's what he told me, that he'll be onstage at the Toronto Pro in June. He had a tracksuit on but looked pretty damn big and lean

Last year he wrote an article in MD about real doses of the pros. He wrote part one, but I never saw part 2 come out. Anyone see this? I know Lee posted saying Paul was his roomate and he used very little, and for short times. Maybe thats the reason why he remained so big even after retiring (he was not medically castrated...).
