when matty alou was on the giants with his 2 other brothers, he was a struggling major leaguer.... he gets traded to pirates harry the hat walker changes his approach to hitting ,,,,rest is history..

Look what Tom Coughlin did for Tiki Barber....before TC  became the coach Tiki was a fumbling idiot.

matty's improvement from a 231 avg and trip to the minors on the giants to a 342 avg on the pirates was amazing...
