I am a rugby player with semi-bad knees, e.g the main problem is with my knee joints. I play at international level and have an 8 week window (with about 3 weeks afterward for PCT) within which i would like to try a cycle that would help put on some good size, especially around me knee and legs in general. Ive heard Deca is effective for joint rehabilitation, and so I am thinking of taking;

400mg Deca a week, with 250mg Test for 8 weeks with 25mg nolvadex every day.
Pct would be 50mg clomid everyday for 3 weeks with 50mg nolvadex and 500iu HCG every 5 days.

Keep in mind that I am an athlete and not a bodybuilder, and i know you might think i have no business using steroids but i feel that they can really help me both get my knee back to full fitness and add some quality muscle for the new season. I train extremely hard, with weights and alot of rugby related speed, strength and core work and my diet is clean and high in both carbs and protein.

This is probably the only chance i will get to utilize these kind of supplememts so i want it to be as effective and permanent as possible. I figure this is probably the best place to come to for advice so any help would be greatly appreciated.

^Here we go again.  Where do you get off thinking that it's beneficial to run a higher dosage of Test than Deca in a cycle of any kind?  Where?  Where do you get these ideas?   ???

For one, 8 weeks is not long enough to run a proper Deca cycle because the ester is so slow that you won't see any results until the 3rd or 4th week at the earliest.  That leaves about 4 weeks left of therapy which is not beneficial. 

If you can't run a Deca cycle for at least 12-15 weeks I would say it's not in your best interest to run it at all.  That's before PCT.

I would have you run 500MG Test/300MG Deca ew for 12 weeks....

Taper off the Deca and sub Test Prop for four additional weeks and then go straight in to PCT of Nolvadex/HCG/Aromasin for four weeks.

You can use HCG on-cycle if you want, depending on if you want a sexlife.

Deca is the best AAS for joint stability and while you are on it you should focus on strengthening the connective tissue around the knee. Alot of isolation work so when you cycle off there is support there.

You may want to try NPP. It's nandrolone like deca, but much faster acting.

Bro. Your test always has to be higher then your deca, or like he said you won't have a sex life :-[. Read the first thread that says newbies read this

alright dude...not trying to be a dick but:

1) deca does not rehabilitate joints, any help that deca may have in effect will be temporary. you will feel better for a while, but the injury is still there.....and will only get worse if not properly treated.
2) the only way to get your knee back to full fitness is to see a specialist and find out WHATS WRONG WITH IT!!!!! it could be a number of things,all of which will get worse if you think taking a little deca and continuing to train on it is a good idea. find out what the problem is and then take it from there. do not self diagnose...and do not self medicate a problem
3) stop training so god damn hard then!!! your knees might need a little rest
4) i personally dont think you are ready, nor need to use steroids for your "problem". this is not something you rush into because your time is limited.

uhhh div? it is...i think you meant to say that the other way around didnt you brother? you always run test higher than deca!

like said above, keep the deca lower than the test but if u really dont care about ur libido, then do what u want, bvut we all would advise to go with the test 500mg/deca 300mg. i have had much success with npp (aliitle more acne than what i would want though) works great and keeps the water off alittle better as well.
